Mr. & Mrs. Loyer & family,
I would like to begin by saying that I am so sorry for your loss.
Kevin & I met in 1990. I was new to Norwalk and did not have many friends. I learned quickly that if you did not grow up in Norwalk, most people did not "like" you. Kevin was the exception to the rule.
I was introduced to Kevin through Tony Horning & Tennille.Kevin was one of the sweetest boys I have encountered. He made me laugh! He was my friend! He accepted me with all my faults & liked being around me.
As time went on, we went our separate ways, as most Jr/senior high schools kids do; but I never forgot Kevin & his kindness towards me.
I have thought about Kevin throughout the years and hoped he was doing well. I wanted to contact him many times, but convinced myself that he would not remember who I was. I occasionally heard "Kevin Loyer updates". I was silently rooting for him! I wanted Kevin to beat the demons who were chasing him.
Again, I knew Kevin as an teenager. He was gentle, loving, sweet and so damn silly! He made me laugh even when I thought I would never be happy again.
I am so extremely sorry that Kevin died. I do not care about the circumstance, I just feel sad.
Love,
Landra Stogner (nee Boyle)
