Gary W. Supeck, Sr.

Gary W Supeck Sr, age 82, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born July 13, 1944, in Scranton, PA to the late Joseph and Lizzetta (Frees) Supeck and was a graduate of West Scranton High School. He served in the US Marine Corps and was an Assistant Foreman for Norfolk and Southern in Bellevue for over 38 years. He enjoyed spending time and sharing his talents with his children, working on lawnmowers and tinkering with any motor, and was an avid Dale Earhardt Sr. racing fan.
He is survived by his wife, Karen (Macmaster) Supeck; children, Gary (Tamara) Supeck Jr. of Norwalk and Timothy Supeck of Norwalk; grandchildren, Anthony, Katlynn, Shauna and Mathew; seven great-grandchildren and one on the way; siblings, Ruth, Karen, Laurie, Dee Dee, Jim, Lisa, Randy and Frank “Dwight; nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his 1st wife, Jill Supeck; and seven brothers and sisters.
A graveside with military honors will be held later in Woodlawn Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH.
