Donna J. Harper

Donna Jean (Price) Harper, age 70, of Collins, passed away peacefully after a yearlong battle with cancer, Saturday, May 16, 2026, at her residence.
She was born December 17, 1955, in Norwalk to the late Robert Dean Price and Lois Ellen (Mills) Price. All her life she has been very active in church, serving as Treasurer and Finance Secretary at the First United Methodist Church in Norwalk and administrative secretary at the Collins Church for 20 plus years. Beyond that she served on most committees.
She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, G. Daniel “Dan” Harper to who she married July 3, 1976 at a red, white and blue wedding event of our country’s bi-centennial; sons, Aaron R. Harper of Collins, and Brian R. (Julia) Harper the parents of our precious grandchildren, Emma, Blake, and Charlotte, all of Racine, OH; and her sister, Patricia Carol Price of Chelse, MI.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lois in 2003 and her father, Robert D. Price in 2007; and her brother, Robert “Bob” Dean Price Jr. in 2017.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M. at the Collins Church, 4290 Hartland Center Road, Collins, OH 44826 with Pastor Brian Oglesbee officiating. Burial will follow at Collins Cemetery.
