Darlene Elizabeth Brewer, age 68, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, peacefully at her home.She was born September 3, 1957, in Norwalk to Richard A Bush Sr. and Virginia (Griggs) Bush. 

She is survived by her mother, Virginia of Norwalk and son, Alex Kantelas; siblings, Debbie (Brian) Hoover, Chris (Danny) Thielen, Laurie Stang and Diana Hauler.She was preceded in death by her father, Richard A. Bush Sr. in 2013; and brother, Rick Bush Jr. in 2019.

No viewing or services are yet scheduled; a celebration of Darlene’s life will be announced later.

Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.

I am so sorry to hear of Darlene's passing. She was such a sweetheart and would do anything she could for anyone. She will be truly miss.

I am very sorry to read of Darlene's passing. She was always so cheerful as well as willing to help others. That she brightened every room she came into. R.I.P. my friend. Godspeed to her family.
