Steven T. Frazee

Steven T Frazee, age 54, of Norwalk, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Cleveland Metro Hospital after a sudden illness.

He was born May 16, 1971, in Bucyrus, OH to Bill and Shirley Frazee. He was a 1989 graduate of Buckeye Central High School where he excelled at football and basketball. Steve was devoted and proud father of his two kids and was always there to provide comedic relief and whatever support and love they needed. He was an active member of St. Paul Catholic Church as a faithful server, mass coordinator, and distributor of communion. He was the treasurer of FCEDO and enjoyed supporting his children and their activities at St. Paul High School. His coaching career started in 1996 as a Varsity assistant boys basketball coach at Wynford. In 2000, he returned to Buckeye Central as a JV coach. In 2024 he became St. Paul High School girls Head basketball coach.

He is survived by his children, Korey Frazee and Kennedie Frazee; sister, Lori (Tim) Ehresman; brothers-in-law, Derek (Laurie) Kaple, and Dominick (Amanda) Kaple; nieces and nephews, Emily (Joel) Hamric, Kailey (Allen) Limes, Rachel Ehresman, and Mackenzie, Kendyl, and Colton Kaple; special in-laws, Paul and Leslie Kaple.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 19 years, Stephanie in 2020; and parents, Bill and Shirley Frazee.

A funeral mass will be held Monday, March 16, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, 91 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH with Fr. Anthony Recker officiating. A luncheon will follow in the gathering space. Private interment will be held at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the family for further distribution for scholarships.
