Ronda R. Chaffee

Ronda Chaffee, age 53, of Norwalk, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.

She was born September 2, 1972, in Pikeville, KY to Ronald and Pauline McGue. She attended Norwalk City Schools and was a member of New Covenant Lighthouse Church. She also loved the outdoors, especially fishing. Ronda was an avid Yahtzee player, enjoyed karaoke, and playing pool.

She is survived by her mother, Pauline, children, Ronald Barnett(Georgianna), Jonathan Barnett(Ally), Tabatha Hopkins, Joshua Schrock, Angel Moore, and Russell Schrock. She is also survived by her brother Paul McGue(Sara). She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald, and son, James. 

Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, March 6, 2026, from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. where a service will begin at 6:00 P.M. with Pastor Kenneth Blystone at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held at a later date.
