He would spend countless hours riding around with them on a lawn mower in paths through the woods around Davids’s home where he lived, pointing out blood root and other plants to them. He enjoyed watching deer and birds at the feeder,
He was an avid honeybee keeper for many years spending countless hrs just watching them work. He will be greatly missed. When asked if he the first thing he would do in heaven was give gramma Mary Lou a hug he said no. He was going to hug Jesus first and then the rest of his loved ones after Mary Lou. If you knew how much he cherished her after being married for 61 years how much that meant, also one of the last things he said was not to cry for him for he knew where he was going.
There will be no service or memorial contribution. The family would like to thank Evans Funeral Home for their service with cremation.
