Timothy W. Murray Sr.

Timothy “Tim” W Murray Sr, age 69, of Greenwich, passed away Friday, January 10, 2025, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
He was born July 25, 1955, in New London, OH to the late Donald E. and Winifred H. (Cook) Murray. He was a graduate of Western Reserve High School and served in the US Navy from 1979 until 1983. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and was a gun enthusiast, and was a CB and Ham Radio operator.
He is survived by his children, Jamie Beaver of Greenwich, Timothy W Murray Jr. of Greenwich, Angela Murray of Norwalk, and Dawn (Tom) Doughty of Greenwich; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Cindy (Ken) Wilson and Dea Sowards; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Eva Louise Murray in 2021; and his brother, Donald Murray Jr. in 2021.
There will be no visitation and a celebration of Tim’s life and military honors will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
