Jeffrey S. Hayden

Jeffrey S Hayden, age 53, of Wakeman, passed away Saturday evening, October 19, 2024, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk.

He was born September 21, 1971, in Columbus, OH and attended Vermilion High School.  He enjoyed watching western movies and reading Louis L’Amour books. He also enjoyed watching The Ohio State University football and the Patriots football games.

He is survived by his mother, Johanna M. (Johnson) Hayden; his wife, Carrie (Edge) Hayden to whom he married October 28, 2023; children, Cody Nelson and Casey Hyer; nieces, Elizabeth, Jamie, and Desi; nephew, Steven Smith; twin sister, Jenny Miller; and brother, Marc Hayden. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert B. Hayden; a brother, Brad; and his Nana and Gramps.

There will be no visitation or services.  Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
