Juris Kangars, age 79, of Norwalk, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born January 2, 1945, in Germany to the late August and Anna Kangars.
At Juris’s request cremation will take place and a private celebration of his life will be held.
Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
