Donald Gene Balala

Donald Gene Balala, age 75, of Beach City, OH passed away Monday, July 15, 2024, at Akron Summa Health Hospital.
He was born October 18, 1948, in Massillon, Ohio to the late Charles Balala and Arlene (Songer) Balala-Crow. He was a dedicated member of the VFW, a veteran, and loved to fish and was a friend to many.
He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Judy Balala; daughter, Stephanie Balala of Massillon; stepdaughter, Lucinda Fester of Monroeville; his brother, Roger Balala of Navarre; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
At Donald’s request cremation will take place and private interment will be held at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH.
