Kenneth L Valentine Sr, age 74, of Norwalk, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
He was born January 22, 1950, in Sandusky, OH to the late Raymond F. and Cora May (Bostater) Valentine. He was a graduate of Edison High School and attended EHOVE Career Center. He worked many years with Norwalk Furniture, Culligan, JC Penny’s, maintenance at the Ohio Veterans Home and enjoyed driving for Services for the Aging in Huron County. He enjoyed working with his hands, bowling, fishing and woodworking.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Betty (Yergin) Valentine of Norwalk; children, Kenneth Jr. (Junnie) Valentine of Norwalk, Tracy (Aaron) Teel of Norwalk, and Michael (Rachael) Valentine of Temperance, MI; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Dilbert Valentine, Lucille Judge, and Edward Valentine.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, John Ray Valentine and sister, Sissy Valentine.
At Kenneth’s request cremation will take place. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
