Fred G. Schueler

Fred G Schueler, age 84, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024, at Admiral’s Point in Huron.
He was born December 31, 1939, in Hamilton, OH to the late William G. and Felicitas L. (Schied) Schueler.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Norwalk, enjoyed woodworking, playing euchre and spending time with his grandkids. He was a member of the Norwalk Eagles Aerie 711, Local 425 UAW, Fitchville Conservation Club and the NRA.
He is survived by his daughter, Trish Otto of Norwalk; sons, Frederick (Gina) Schueler of Hamilton and Timothy (Amy) Schueler of Berlin Heights; grandchildren, Stephanie, Troy, Brittany, Brianna, Cody, Bailey and Tessa; great-grandchildren, Adrianne, Allison, Johnathon, Bentley, Lillian, Troy, and Kylie; brother, Ralph W. Schueler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Etta F. Schueler in 2007; son, David Schueler in 1986.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. The Rev. Art Conrad, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Norwalk.
