Norman MacIntyre

Norman L MacIntyre, age 82, of Easton, PA, passed away unexpectedly Friday, August 4, 2023, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident while on his way to visit family.

Norm joined the Navy straight out of Wareham High School in MA and proudly graduated from the Naval Academy before serving on the USS Forest Sherman and USS Barry. Norm is a Vietnam Veteran earning two Bronze Stars. He also earned his MBA from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. In addition to being a retired business executive/consultant and mechanical engineer, Norm was an amazing, beloved husband, father and grandfather with a passion for family, the Navy, and old Fords.

Norm is preceded in death by his twin brother Duncan, mother Madeleine, father D. Stuart, stepmom Angeline and wife Judy.

Norm is survived by his wife Suzanne, daughters Jen (Allen) Flogel and Becky (Jimmy) Knight, granddaughters Angeline and Jamie Flogel and brothers John (Anne) MacIntyre and David (Penny) MacIntyre as well as stepsons Kirk (Annette) Mueller, Kerry (Manuela) McIntyre, and Kevin (Teresa) McIntyre and their children Colton and Zane Mueller and Mylee, Reese, Izzi, Cora, Camden and Lexi McIntyre. He is also survived by nephew John (LouAnn) MacIntyre and niece Laura (Rich) Shaw and their children.

Local arrangements were entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the United States Naval Academy Foundation.
