Thomas C Sommers, age 57, of Norwalk, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023.
He was born January 3, 1966, in Columbus, OH and was a 1984 graduate of Edison High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design and worked for over 18 years with Norwalk Furniture. He received paramedic and nurses training and enjoyed golfing, hunting, cooking, and entertaining.
He is survived by his father, Dr. Charles (Dr. Judith) Sommers of Milan; brothers, Dr. Norman C. (Tracey) Sommers of Norwalk and Dr. Adam P. (Shannon) Sommers of Norwalk; daughter, Danielle Sommers of Columbus, and her mother, Deborah Sommers of Norwalk; nieces, Nancy, Isabella, Cadance, and Emmy; nephews, Justin, Caleb, Mitchell, and Bryan; step-siblings, Michael (Eva) and Missy (Eric).
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy (Peebles) Sommers on June 19, 1993.
A private graveside service will be held at Milan Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
