Michael R. Chaffee

Michael R Chaffee, age 44, of Norwalk, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023, at his residence.
He was born October 8, 1978, in Norwalk to the late Michael R. and Nancy (James) Chaffee. He attended New London High School and worked many years in construction and at Brooker Brothers in Norwalk.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, bon fires, playing pool and was active in pool leagues. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends and playing Call of Duty and other video games.
He is survived by his wife of two years, Vickie (Todd) Chaffee; children, Timothy Todd, Pauline (Adam) Wright, Trinity Chaffee, and Domonic Chaffee; siblings, Marcus (Maryann) Chaffee, Richard Chaffee, and Rachael Chaffee; grandchildren, Grayson, and Willow; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Nicholas Chaffee.
A celebration of Life Gathering will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held later.
