Mary L. Lee

Mary L (Sherwood) Lee, age 79, of Norwalk, passed away Friday, August 5, 2022, at St. Luke Lutheran Home in North Canton, OH.
She was born September 1, 1942, in Blackwood, NJ, to the late Harry C. and Jane E. (Robertson) Sherwood.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, line dancing at the Eagles, and retired after 25 years with Maple City Rubber.
She is survived by her daughters, Helen Fortson and Gwendolyn Lee; son, Louis L. Lee, Jr.; three grandchildren, Stephen, Amber, and Nik (Caity) Fortson; and three great-grandchildren. She also is survived by sisters, Jane Gilbert, Helen (Jerry) Devault, and Linda Branson; brother, Robert (Linda) Sherwood; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in Collins Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
