The deepest condolences from me and my wife, Pat, go out to the entire family. Bob(Mr. Seidel) became our first and best neighbor ever when our family moved to Norwalk, Ohio back in 1960. His oldest son, Bobby and I were the best of friends growing up. Mr. Seidel was the kindest of souls, standing tall and always having a smile holding that pipe of his and eyes that turned into slits when he laughed. Bob and his wife, Ruth, were also my Mom & Dad's closest friends, enjoying trips together down south and neighborhood get togethers. You could see him out in their yard working everyday. Oh, how he loved being outdoors. Our old neighborhood is slowly getting back together again. Until we all meet again, rest well in the arms of God, Bob, Mr. Seidel.

Peace and love eternal,
Bob and Pat Cesare

Lori and I are distressed to hear of Bob Seidel's passing. Bob and his beloved wife, Ruth, were wonderful neighbors and friends to Larry's parents, Bob and Blanche Cesare, on New State Road starting in 1960. There were many visits, roads trips and even vacations among Bob and Ruth and Bob and Blanche. Larry and his brother, Bob Cesare, grew up with the Seidel kids, spending many happy hours playing outside and running in and out of each others' home like we lived there too. The Seidels and the Cesares were family in all ways but blood. Lori and Larry last visited Bob summer of 2020, marveling at how he kept his lawn manicured and his home impeccably neat, clean and arranged exactly as it was when Ruth passed 12 years before. We feel blessed to have had that last visit, enjoying hours of reminiscing over all the good times our families shared. We'll always remember Bob casually walking behind his rotary lawn mower, pipe in mouth, and with his humble way and laughing eyes, ever ready for a friendly chat. Such a wonderful man. We send our love, deepest condolences and prayers for comfort for Bob's family. God bless Bob Seidel.
