James Lambert

James Dean Lambert, age 62, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022, at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was born January 31, 1960, in Norwalk to the parents of William Stanley Jr. and Juanita M. (Russ) Lambert. He was a 1978 graduate of Edison High School and served in the US Air Force from 1978 until 1989. He was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Camp Darby, Italy, Lakenheath Royal Air Force Base, England, and Loring Air Force Base, Maine reaching the rank of Tech Sergeant. He worked in the trades industry most of his life and could fix almost anything. He enjoyed gardening and being home with his family. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and loved his whiskey.

He is survived by his wife, Kimberley (Lucier) Lambert of Norwalk together for 22 years; children, Sara (Terry) Wilson of Berlin Heights, Josh (Liz Steinbacher) Lambert of Ashland, Chris (Amber) Lambert of South Boardman, MI, Danielle (A.J.) Jones of Sandusky and including Patrick Turnley of Norwalk and David (Nacole) Power of Wakeman; grandchildren, Grace, Olivia, Jackson, Elliette, Leigh Anne, Makaila, Logan, Kaitlyn, Landon, Abel, Hailey, Carter, Leah and River; and many nieces, nephews and cousins; mother, Juanita Lambert of Milan; siblings, Larry (Jane) Hamel-Lambert, Sue (Steve) Crecelius and Patty (Les) Searl.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Stanley Lambert Jr; and a niece, Shelley.

A celebration of life gathering will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022, from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
