Agner K. Pedersen

Agner K (Arnie/Pete) Pedersen, 92, went home to be with his heavenly father on Friday, April 15, 2022, at home surrounded by his children.

Agner was born on July 13, 1929, in Holstebro, Denmark to the late Christ and Johanna (Mortensen) Pedersen. He graduated from Milan High School in 1947 and was a veteran of the US Army. Agner married Marianne, the love of his life, in 1954. He retired from Tennaco (Clevite/Gould) after 40 years. He was a member of the Church of the Open Door, Elyria. Agner loved farming, watching sports, his family and most of all his faith and love of Jesus Christ.

Agner is survived by his children, Rebecca Roberts of Norwalk, and Randall (Anita) Pedersen of Medina; grandchildren, Jonathan (Nikki) Roberts, David Roberts, Rachel (Andrew) Joss, Matthew (Sophia) Pedersen, Christian Pedersen; and great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Roberts, Jackson Joss and Cameron Joss; as well as nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Agner was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marianne (Westcott) Pedersen; sister, Eva Westcott; brothers, Verner Pedersen and Earl Pedersen.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, April 22, 2022, from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home with Pastor Bob Wickens and Bill Caughlin officiating. Private burial will be at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
