Donald "DJ" Resor Jr.

Donald “DJ” Eugene Resor Jr, age 40, of Norwalk, lost his battle to his demons of mental illness and drug addiction on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.

He was born October 23, 1981, in Norwalk and attended Norwalk High School and Terra State Community College. He worked at various manufacturing facilities and was an electrician and hydraulic maintenance worker. He enjoyed attending the Sandusky Speedway and was his brother’s pit boss and fan. He also enjoyed fishing, music, and spending time with his children.

He is survived by his children, Faith, Donnie “Bo”, Brandon, Evan, Serenity, Gage, and Brody; parents, Don and Delsie (Snow) Resor of Norwalk; siblings, Mark (Tracey) Resor of Wakeman, Roberta (Justin) Barnett of Plymouth and Caroline Resor of Norwalk; and numerous nieces, nephews and two great-nieces.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Loretta Snow, Jean and William “Mitch” Loudy and Mary Resor.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, April 20, 2022, from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held later.
