Phyllis Sue Dietrich

Phyllis Sue Dietrich, age 82, of Monroeville, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022, peacefully at home.

She was born March 1, 1940, in Findlay, OH to the late Paul and Lois (Barringer) Pletcher. She was a loving mother of eight and grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother of many. She worked many years for North Central EMS. She enjoyed cross-stitching, crocheting, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Daniel Dietrich, Sr. of Monroeville; sister, Paula O’Toole of Pensacola, FL; children, Peggy (Jim) Englert of Milan, Debbie Dietrich of Monroeville, Rushell (Leland Jr.) Ringle of Norwalk, Daniel Dietrich, Jr. of Norwalk, and Farrah (Matthew) Hales of Monroeville; son-in-law, Tom Lesch of Norwalk; daughter-in-law, Connie Dietrich of Chatfield; and fur babies, Hailey and Maggie Mae.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Paul Dietrich and James Dietrich; daughter, Jody Lesch; and daughter-in-law, Mary Gahagan.

A graveside service will be held Monday, March 28, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. at Woodlawn Cemetery, 200 Woodlawn Avenue, Norwalk with Pastor Patti Abel officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
