Rhonda Lee (Anderegg) Markus, age 69, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Stein Hospice Care Center.

She was born December 13, 1952 in Lorain, OH to the late Elmer Raymond Anderegg and Marie Adele (Warfel) Anderegg.

She is survived by her son, Paul G. (Sarah) Markus of Bellevue; grandchildren, Xavier Vaughn Markus and Izabel Faith Markus.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Frances Mitchell.

She was a devoted Christian and member of Freedom Christian Fellowship, and most recently Fathers Heart Church in Sandusky, Ohio. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She loved and cherished her family, friends, church, and was deeply passionate about prayer. She enjoyed crochet and was an eloquent writer, and most of all she loved spending time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all that had the privilege of knowing her.

A celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Freedom Christian Fellowship in Norwalk from 2:00 P.M. until time of service at 3:00 P.M.

I have known Rhonda for the about 7 yrs now. I was her nurse. Throughout those years she became family to me. She was a beautiful soul. I will forever be grateful to have known her. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
