Nancy Greiner

Nancy J Greiner, age 67, of Norwalk, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Lorain Mercy Hospital.
She was born June 24, 1954 in Ripley, OH to the late Robert and Hilaria (Schmid) Ruggles. She was a 1973 graduate of St. Paul High School and then began working at Mason’s in Norwalk where she met her lifelong friends known as the six trailblazers. She then worked 18 years in Norwalk at Schild’s IGA and presently at Nissha Medical in Norwalk. She enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping at Goodwill and repurposing items. She loved her animals and being in the outdoors.
She is survived by her siblings, twin Norma Hoyt of Norwalk, Christine Ruggles of Norwalk, Kelley Ruggles of MI, Carol Dublo of Norwalk, JoAnn Wilhelmsen of Alexandria, OH and Harry Greiner of Castalia; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Bob Hoyt, sister-in-law, Cindy Greiner; and a nephew, Jon Dublo.
A celebration of life gathering will be held Monday, December 13, 2021 from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date.
