Cesare William Avallone

Cesare William Avallone, age 45, of Huron, died unexpectedly Wednesday, November 10, 2021, due to injuries sustained in an auto accident.
He was born April 22, 1976, in Norwalk, OH. He was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School in 1994, studied Fine Arts at William Patterson University in 1995 and was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in 2002.
Owner, founder, and Chef at Zinc Brasserie and Crush Wine Bar in Sandusky, along with Boom Town Coffee, Dockside Café, and the Scooter Ding-Ding and other partnerships.
He is survived by his beloved children, Morgan and Connor, both of Sandusky; siblings, Melissa M. (Steven) Zyskowski of Atlantic Highlands, NJ and their children, Steven Jr. and Matthew, Amy M. Price of Black Canyon City, AZ and her children, Billy Gibson, Trevor Strohm and Candice Sanders, Angel Avallone Beane of Ormand Beach, FL and her children, Marisa Shirley and Charlie Shirley, and Michael (Maria) Avallone, Jr. of Ormand Beach, FL and their children, Marc Avallone and Melissa Saporito; his fiancé, Marcy Crow of Huron and her mother, Meg Waugh and sister, Amy Crow; uncle, W. Taylor (Norma) Hart III of Norwalk and Thomas J. O’Conner, benefactor; and other nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends and employees, Janine and Dillon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael C. Avallone in 1998 and Karen S. (Hart) Avallone in 2009; sister, Rosanne Avallone Owens in 2020; and his aunt, Gay Hart Sanders in 2013.
Friends may call on Wednesday, November 17 from 1 – 3 and 5 - 7 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH. Private interment will be held later.
