John B. Staley

John B Staley, age 69, of Norwalk, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.

He was born March 9, 1952 in Dennison, OH to the late Franklin and Eunice (Suggs) Staley. He retired from Norwalk Furniture. He enjoyed collecting guns and coins, watching sci-fi movies and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a social member at the Norwalk VFW.

He is survived by his children, Steve (Kathy) Staley of Bellevue, John E. (Gena) Staley of Milan, Frank Staley of Monroeville, Toshya (Josh) Williams of Honolulu, HI and Kala LaCourse of Norwalk; grandchildren, Trent, Alex, Nicholas, Noah, Kyrstin, Jenna, Hunter, Fiona, Lilah and Xavier; brother, Leroy (Millie) Staley of Norwalk; and his sister, Michelle (Steve) Signs of Norwalk; children’s mother, Marlene Signs of Norwalk; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Gina Lynn Staley in 2013; siblings, Donald, Mary, Karen and Andy.

A celebration of life gathering will be held Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. A graveside service will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
