Barbara Vogt

Barbara Ann Vogt, of Norwalk was received by the lord on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.
Barbara graduated from Townsend-Wakeman High School in 1957 and Fairview Park School of Nursing in 1960. After completing her degree, she worked for Fisher-Titus Medical Center, William R. Graham, M.D. and Farid Said & Souheil Al Jada, M.D., Inc. as a nurse where she touched many lives with her compassion. In her spare time Barbara enjoyed gardening, sewing, crafts and reading. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Norwalk. The most important thing in the world to Barbara was her family.
She is survived by her sister Georgia (Michael) Bobryk of Norwalk; daughters Traci (Robert) Caldwell of Trinity, Florida and Kelli (Nikhil) Mishra of Grafton, Massachusetts; grandchildren Chalsi (Tyler) Campbell, Cadi Martinez, Aanika Mishra, Evan Caldwell, Ethan Caldwell and Blythe Caldwell; and great grandchildren Khemela Martinez, Gabriel Martinez, Keziah Campbell, Cy Campbell and Rowen Sumler.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Florence Heller Skinn and George Woodrow Skinn; sister, Marilyn Skinn Gardner; and brother Charles Woodrow Skinn.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Salvation Army, 55 Whittlesey Avenue, Norwalk, OH 44857. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, Norwalk. Barbara will be greatly missed by her family and friends, she was a loving inspiration to all of us.
