Richard "Dick" Puzder

Richard “Dick” S Puzder, age 80, of Norwalk, passed away Tuesday evening, October 19, 2021 at Firelands Regional Medical Center.
He was born February 17, 1941 in Cleveland to the late Stephen F. and Anne (Verbofsky) Puzder. He graduated from Nordonia High School in Macedonia, OH. He was a steel worker for many years and retired in 1996. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, playing corn hole, smoking his pipe, driving, traveling and attending classic car shows. He was an avid bowler and was on six bowling leagues at one time.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Bernadette (Vodila) Puzder; children, Stephen (Teresa) Puzder, Christopher (Megan) Puzder and Lisa (Stephen) Lay; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; siblings, Steven and Joanne; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Nancy.
A celebration of life gathering will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 3:00 – 6:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery.
