Lucas Greenawald

Lucas Greenawald, 41, passed away unexpectedly, on May 10, 2021.
He was born July 28, 1979 in Sandusky, Ohio and was a lifelong resident of Erie County. He was a 1997 graduate of Edison High School and was employed as a Longshoreman. Lucas had done several trades over the years including construction, glass, and plumbing. He enjoyed being on the water, watching and quoting movies, Cleveland Browns, and being with friends and family.
He is survived by his father, Joseph Greenawald Sr. of Huron, brother Joseph Greenawald Jr. of Oregon, step-fathers "Big Joe" Hebner and Bruce Bowers, step-siblings Joseph Hebner Jr. and Ashley Bowers all of Indiana. His children, Baylee Trautman, Klohey Greenawald both of Florida, Hailey Greenawald of Huron, Mariam, Scarlett, and Lucas Greenawald of Castalia, and Luca Greenawald of Sandusky. Also, several Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents, his mother, Jeannie, sister Sarah, and brother Matthew.
Lucas will be missed by many, and may he rest in heavenly peace.
