Marcia Auerhamer

Marcia Auerhamer, age 72, of Collins, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at her residence.

She was born April 6, 1948, to the late Stanley and Elenor (Higgins) Wentz in Sandusky, Ohio. She attended the Ohio State University for cosmetology. She retired from Kmart after 15 years. She enjoyed riding the Harley with her husband. She spent the winters in South Carolina with her husband at their home. She collected lighthouses and was an avid reader, she especially enjoyed Stephen King books, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Karry Auerhamer of Elyria, William (Renee) Auerhamer of Collins, and Allan (Lynn) Auerhamer of Norwalk; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Paul R. Auerhamer II in 2014.

Friends may call Monday, April 5, 2021, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857. Private interment will be held at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
