My first experience with Clarence was my first night tending the bar and he hollered hey new barmaid where do you live? I said I lived in Norwalk and he said cool your driving me home tonight! Needless to say, I drove him home wary Sunday thereafter and we became best buddies. How I will miss my death friend, you are one of a kind. I love you

Oh Clearance, you were way too young to go and will be missed by so many! You were like a gruff old teddy bear that every one loved. I will miss seeing you at the bar and the ball fields and hearing you call Justice and hearing your “loud” conversations! Rest easy!

I remember I seen Clarence and Marcia walking down route 61 by the metro park and I stopped and offered them a ride and Clarence said sure, lol only to drive 100 feet down 61 to the metro park parking lot where their vehicle was We all laughed our butt off he was such a smart ass and that was one of his many enjoyable qualities. God Bless Ya Clarence Thanks for helping my Mom out many many years ago when her car broke down in front of your house and we couldn’t afford to fix it , You fixed it for us and never wanted anything back for it. Your kindness will never be forgotten. Thank You Kim Deehr Hahn
