Randy N. Burgess

Randy Burgess, age 64, of Norwalk and formerly Lorain, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Continuing Health Care at Milan.
He was born March 18, 1956 in Elyria to the late Roy E. and Wilma (Glasscock) Burgess. He was a graduate of North Ridgeville High School and was a machinist rebuilder all of his life, retiring in 2019. He enjoyed spending time with his family and nature, racing at Norwalk Raceway Park, riding dirt bikes, rebuilding cars with his sons, bowling, fishing, working with his hands and wood working. He was an avid American Muscle Car enthusiast.
He is survived by his sons, Jeff (Andrea) Burgess and Josh (Amber) Burgess; eight grandchildren; siblings, Vernon (Carol) Burgess, Everett (Beverly) Burgess, Renee (Steve) Pavelko, Bonita Nelson, Kristi Shuster and Heidi Case; nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
