Joyce (Jenkins Young) Hartle, age 77, passed away Friday, August 28, 2020, at Gaymont Nursing Center.
She was born November 11, 1942, in Shelby, Oh to the late Leonard and Mary Jenkins. She worked at Fanny Farmers and retired from K-mart after 23 years of employment. She was loving, caring, and never met a stranger.
She is survived by her children, Lavanda (Bob) Young, Rhonda (Mike) Sarrica, Laura (Marty) Bores, Sarah (Donielle Harper) Young; grandchildren, Tyson (Ashley) Sarrica, Rachel (Jerame) Bores, Bobby, and Ryan Bores; along with eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Herner; and aunt, Helen Oney, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Janice Riley, and brother, Gerald Jenkins.
Friends may call Friday, September 4, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk, 44857. Attendees will be asked to follow certain safety and social distancing guidelines. They should be prepared for the possibility of waiting outside the funeral home as a limited number of the general public will be allowed at a time.
