Please accept my sympathy at Katie's passing. She worked at Berry's Restaurant for many years with my mother and my mother always spoke highly of Katie. She was always a nice had lady who had many talents and was never afraid of hard work.

My name is Linda Eckler and I used to do a Bible study at Memorial Home on Saturday mornings. I would try to push Katie Into the dining room so she could listen. I remember believing she was a Christ follower. Wish I had known her when she was younger. Another memory I have of Katie is often when I would walk past her room the Joey and Rory hymns album would be playing for her as she was resting in bed. It always made me smile. I have asked my husband to be sure and play Christian music for me if I am ever sick or in a nursing home. My God bless you family of Katie!
