Shelbia J (Whitaker) Downing, age 88, of Norwalk, passed away Friday, July 25, 2025, at Cleveland Metro Hospital.
She was born August 2, 1936, in Gunlock, KY.
She is survived by her children, and was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Downing in 2011.
A graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, 200 Woodlawn Avenue, Norwalk.
Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
