Mary Lou (Adkins) Younce, age 80, of Willard passed away October 25, 2018 at David Younce’s home where she lived surrounded by family.
She was born on July 13, 1938, in Mc Clure Va. She is survived by her loving husband William (Bill) Younce, sons William David Younce and Glenn (Shelly) Younce, grandchildren Joe (Jody) Dahs, Mike Dahs and Holly (Phil) Duckworth, Great-Grandchildren Caleb and Elaina Dahs, Elliot and Bryleigh Duckworth. This is a belated obituary so as of February 9, 2025, Brother and sisters Barbara Younce, Doris Perrine, Glenda Lawrence and Ralph Adkins.
Preceded in death by her parents Auburn Adkins and Selma (Widener) Adkins, Daughter-in-law, Sherry (William) Younce); brother and sisters, Jimmy Adkins, Joan Hancock, Margaret Perry, Paul S Adkins, Helen Fleming, Virginia Rose and Linda Kay Hill.
She loved being around family especially her grand and great grandchildren, Her husband of 61 years was always by her side and there was no greater love except their love for Jesus. She spent countless hours watching birds with her favorite being humming birds. The family would like to thank Evans Funeral Home for their service with cremation.
