Frederick "Freddy" A. Fowler

Frederick “Freddy” Allen Fowler, age 65, of Monroeville, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2026, at The Bellevue Hospital.

He was born December 7, 1960, in Charleston, WV and served in the US Army from 1979 until 1983. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, boating, fishing, hunting and outdoors.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Debra (Kennedy) Fowler; children, Vernon (Ashley) Fowler of Monroeville and Julia (Mike) Armstrong of Milan; grandchildren, Isaiah, Colten, Kailey and Piper; siblings, Betty (The late Harold) Spaulding of Norwalk and Bobby (Kay) Fowler of Pratt, WV; nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, John D. and Lena D. (Brooks) Fowler; siblings, Penny Campbell, Johnny Fowler, Darrell Fowler, Diana Robinson and Glenna Graley.

A celebration of Freddy’s life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
