William Snow Sr.

William “Snowman” M. Snow Sr., age 77, of Norwalk, passed away Wednesday morning, November 20, 2019 at Norwalk Memorial Home.

He was born October 4, 1942 in Wildwood, PA to the late Archie and Rosie (DeMaria) Snow. He was a truck driver for many years with W.L. Mead and Hartland Express, retiring in 2014. He enjoyed NASCAR and riding his Harley Davidson.

He is survived by his children, Delsie (Don) Resor Sr, of Norwalk, Vickie (Chris) Wetzel Sr. of Norwalk, William Snow Jr. of Norwalk, Charles Snow of Norwalk and Sherry (Chuck) Davison of Grove City, PA; seven grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter; and a sister, Eleanor (Robert) Hohman of Norwalk; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Loretta M. Snow in 2017.

Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 P.M. until time of service at 4:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. Private interment will be held at a later date at St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
