Frances Irvine

Frances Irvine, age 77, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday evening, January 28, 2017 at Stein Hospice.

She was born April 17, 1939 in McDowell, KY to the late LB and Cynthia (Hunter) Case. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, playing bingo, reading and attending garage sales.

She is survived by her Children, Glema (Phillip) King of Sandusky, Dee (Carl) Davis Jr. of Castalia, Jonah (Ruby) Newsome of Phelan, CA, Daniel Newsome of Knoxville, TN, Allen Newsome of Norwalk; and Rick Medina of Long Beach, CA; 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell "Dutch" Irvine; daughters, Erlena Medina and Inez Newsome in infancy; brothers, Charlie, Ransom, Andy, Earl, Curtis, Clarence Case; sisters, Emogene Wooten, Earnstine Case and Viney Witt.

Friends may call on Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. A service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Collins Cemetery.

RIP Aunt Frankie! God has received a wonderful angel as of Saturday evening. Even though we will miss you here on earth, you are smiling down on us and having a party in heaven with your siblings, kids, and parents. You are no longer in pain and we will see each other again one day! We will miss you tremendously because you made everyone of us laugh every time we saw you. You will always be in my heart!!!
